Refunds and cancellation
Last revised 20 September 2026.
The short rule: you cancel, whenever you want, from your own account. Unused credits are not refunded in money. Anything charged by mistake comes back in full. The detail is below.

How to cancel
Sign in and open the billing portal. One button. Nothing to write to us about, no call, and no screen asking why you are leaving.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Until that day you keep signing in and keep spending whatever credits are left.
And if you never took the monthly plan, there is nothing to cancel: no charge is waiting.
There is no minimum term and no penalty.
The free credits
They are not charged for, so there is nothing to refund.
They land when you verify your email, not when you open the account, and they ask for no card.
And they start no subscription. If you buy nothing, you are never charged: there is no eighth day on which something begins.
The monthly charge
Cancel whenever you like, from the billing portal, in one click. There is no minimum term.
THE RULE IS CONSUMPTION, and it holds for any month, not only the first. If we charged you for the cycle and you have not spent a single credit of it, write to us within fourteen days of the charge and we refund that month in full.
If you have already spent credits from that cycle, that month is not refunded and not prorated. It is not a penalty for leaving: the inference you consumed was already paid to the provider, and that money does not come back. Cancelling stays free and stays one click; what does not come back is the month you already used.
Cancelling does not cut short the month you paid for: you keep signing in and keep spending whatever is left until the last day of the cycle. What does not happen is the next charge.
A move up to a higher plan is its own charge and its own cycle, and the same rule applies: if you have not spent a single credit of the new plan, write to us within fourteen days of that charge and we refund it in full.
Credits from a monthly plan expire when their cycle ends and do not roll over. Credits from a one-off payment do not expire while your account is open.
The one-off payments
The same rule: a one-off payment is refunded in full if you have not spent a single credit of it and you ask within fourteen days of buying it.
Once you have started spending it, it is not refunded — not in full and not in part: the credits consumed are inference we already paid the provider for.
You will rarely need to ask: credits from a one-off payment do not expire while the account is open, so they can simply sit there.
When the mistake is ours
If we charged you twice, charged you after you cancelled, or charged you for a plan you never signed up for, we refund it in full, without argument and with no deadline.
If we close your account by our own decision and there has been no abuse on your side, we refund the part of the month you have not used.
When a turn goes wrong
This one you do not have to ask for: it happens by itself, in the engine.
- If the provider fails before the first token, nothing is charged.
- If the answer is cut off midway, you are charged what the provider billed and the rest returns to your balance.
- If you press Stop, you are charged for what you received up to that point.
- If the failure is ours — a system error, a model retired mid-turn — the credit goes back to your balance in full and there is no ticket to open.
How long the money takes
Refunds go back through Stripe to the same card you paid with. We cannot send them to another account or in cash.
We issue it as soon as we approve it. When it shows on your statement is up to your bank: usually five to ten business days.
The refund is of the amount charged and comes back in the currency you paid in: if you paid in pesos, in pesos. If you paid in dollars with a card in another currency, the conversion was applied by your bank and that part is outside our control.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. It is almost always faster: we refund the same day, and a dispute takes weeks.
While a dispute is open the account is suspended and the credits from the disputed purchase are frozen. It is automatic, and it lifts on its own when the dispute closes.
If a payment fails
Stripe retries it over a few days, and you keep signing in meanwhile.
If it never goes through, access is suspended. Nothing is deleted: the plan is kept, credits bought separately are frozen for twelve months, and they come back intact once the payment clears.
Your rights, and how to ask
This policy does not replace the law. If Mexican consumer law gives you a broader right to a refund than what is written here, the law wins. And if you buy from a country whose law gives you a right to withdraw, that applies too.
To ask for a refund, write to the contact email from your account’s email address. Tell us which charge it is — the date and the amount are enough — and what happened.
We answer with a decision, not with a form. If we say no, we tell you why.
Is anything on this page unclear? Write to us and we will explain it. A document you have to decode is badly written, not badly read.
